Observatory bull tag anyone need help?

If anyone has a archery tag i can set you up on agreat bull. Ive had him in bow range 3 times and he never spooked. Dumb as a box of rock right now.

Ouch. I was on a bull almost daily there or was hearing him talking everyday.
