Looks like no one is responding to this yet. I'd be interested in what works for others as well. It will be different for everyone tho. What works for one may not work for you but it may be a good starting point for you.

If no one else responds. Start with a good reloading book. Work your way up from the minimum charge in .5 grain (or less) increments. You should also experiment with your COAL after you find your max length to the lands.
