I was told it was a Reservation bull. Colville Reservation I believe , because the guy who had the pic is a Colville.

I was just talking to friend the other day.
He said they do have a drawing for moose just like us.
I would think, correct me if I'm wrong.
But elk would just be a regular season.
I'll talk to my friend next week, show him the pic .
See what he says regarding elk seasons,id think he would be in the know since he is native and is an active hunter.
