Well to be exact, it wasn't a special draw. :tup:
How do you know it wasn’t a special permit? Hellsgate has 30 archery permits from 9/1-9/30.

Pretty simple actually, because this bull wasn't killed there and he wasn't drawn for there.
I was just talking to friend the other day.
He said they do have a drawing for moose just like us.
I would think, correct me if I'm wrong.
But elk would just be a regular season.
I'll talk to my friend next week, show him the pic .
See what he says regarding elk seasons,id think he would be in the know since he is native and is an active hunter.

I was confused, I thought he was saying it wasn't from the reservation at all. I got it now.
