Snow Geese Juveniles

Do they have full adult plumage when they get here from the north?

I’m working up in the Nooksack Valley seeing tons of geese, but only some are obviously adult snow geese.

Juveniles are grayish.  (see the 2 on the right).

Adults are white.

I don't believe the juvies loose the grey until year 2.
