2023 Grouse Harvest
« on: September 29, 2023, 09:11:31 PM »
Saw fourteen today, got four, two Blues, two Ruffs. 👍

Most grouse this season then I’ve seen in years.

Would have really liked to have gotten that chocolate colored bear I saw.🤯

Not sure how with our wet spring, but this has been the best grouse year I've ever seen. The worst part was waiting for the first 14 days to go by until we could start.

West side wasn’t wet.🤣

Went out for the first 3 days of the opener in the Methow high country. 7 birds thanks in most part to my dog. Met a nice guy with last name of Hanson over there.

Saw a bunch and shot a few a week ago in stevens county. Haven't run into that many during the season before. Seems like a good year but I wouldn't call myself a grouse hunter haha
