2007 Thurston County buck.
« on: November 19, 2007, 05:40:32 PM »
Here are a couple pics of the blacktail my boss shot on Friday morning. He hunts state land near NoTellUm Creek. I blocked his face 'cause I didn't ask to post it online.

A 4x4 with eyeguards. He said it is 16 inches outside spread and just over 12 inches tall.

It was a rush to finally take one down after so many years. I have a friend that has a 200 acre area that has a few cats on it that is private. He is going to get me in there to get one. They keep calling them in and listening to them talk all around them at night from a tree stand. So might have a cat in a few weeks. Did you get anything this year? They pulled a few bobcats out of vale so far this year. A friend works up there and has the keys. ;)
