Elk mitts for mild cold. And when things get real the beaver with wolf trim come out. Both have removable shearling liners. Nothings going to beat fur or feathers for cold weather.

Kuiu mittens, there about 150 bucks and worth every penny.

My hands get cold easily and I have found the Kuiu Mittens with a handwarmer inside do the best for me when its really cold

I am a big fan of the 3 finger mitts - best I have used are the Kuiu glassing mitts.

I also wear a set of super thin liner gloves under the mitts.  I really like the Mountain Hardwear Butter Gloves, but it looks like they are no longer made.  Closest I found in my 45 seconds of looking were these:

The liner gloves are great if you have to slip you hand out of the mitt for a moment to do something.  Keeps the wind off the hands and they tend to help even if they are wet.

I had a pair made by smartwool but they were so thin, they did not last long.

Can't beat down puffy mittens for extreme cold, and Ill bring along waterproof mitten covers if I think it might be needed.

I usually have some thin polar fleece gloves underneath for when I am moving or shooting, then the puffy mits go back on when sitting and glassing.

I have OR's, but first lite sells something simular.

You will never shoot a camp bull by spending all your time hunting in the woods.

Hotshot hand muff and hotshot pop-top mittens with a hand warmer works well.

I too use the Kuiu glassing glomits with glove liner.
