CEDAR RIVER TIMBERLANDS ACCESS?

Anyone know if Cedar River Timberlands in the SW corner of the state allows public access for hunting? I'm referring to the chunk of land just north of Willappa Bay.  Looking for access into the North River unit for late ML elk.  Thanks!
