I would look into how Montana selects a picture for their hunting regs, and I would submit it.

I wouldn't be a bit surprised if you won.

Any recommendations on print types that would show the detail best? I'd like the stars to show up well and feel like they might blur/blend in print.

I haven't done much with it, but I hear metal is really good if you are looking for something that showcases vibrant colors and contrast.   Might be worth it.   I think this screams that, and it might make the stars really pop
