Heck if your late archery, looking for spot in 121 shoot me a pm now.
Give ya some spots for free .
I find really good spots all the time.
Maybe a cell number so I can send  GPS location.
All public land, anybody can hunt them. Some gated.
Isn't there a late archery elk coming up too ,might be the spot.
It's no joke,I find bait sites, cams,my own personal sites,it's just the way I hunt land, nobody's spot is a secret.
Pretty dang good spots. I'm sure there may be a select few on the site that already knows. But not many.
I was recently pushed to help others.
Get the info while the getting is good.

Mostly I’m curious if you’re really giving other peoples’ spots away. Other people’s bait sites, etc. What you do with the spots you’ve worked hard for is one thing. What you’re doing with spots other people have worked hard for is a whole other story.  So what’s the clarification on that?

My exact thought on this one 😂 Somebody pissed somebody off and now all their spots will look like a zoo 😂
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

Does it make a difference.
Public land is just that.
Regardless of what someone does or doesn't do there.
Feel free to lock, delete,or do whatever you want to the topic as a moderator.
There is no My spot when it comes to public land.
Thought that had been established here on HW.
What's the difference between me hunting a spot and finding a bait pile or someone else hunting there and finding a bait pile?
You tell me.
First and foremost, my question has nothing to do with me being a moderator. Odd response. Not sure why you’d bring that up. This thread doesn’t break any rules or anything that would require moderator action.

Here’s where i find the difference that causes my question in your actions.

You finding someone else’s bait site  and hunting it is one thing.

You finding someone else’s bait site or hunting spot and broadcasting it all over a very popular hunting forum to anyone who wants to know is next level.  I personally think it’s super inconsiderate.  One of those “just because you can do something doesn’t mean you should do something” moments.

Public land is public for sure, but you’re showing to me and the rest of the hunt wa user base that you’ve got no respect for fellow hunters and the work they put in. Thats wrong to me. Something I’d personally never even think about doing.
That’s where I’m at.
What if the baits are strategicly placed to screw over most other hunters. To keep deer on private land and out of the clearcuts.
What if I told you that you fill a deers belly so full in the middle of the night,so that it will never move during the day. For a guy that hunts his bum off and has to sit there and see no deer. Cause another hunter won't let him see a deer.

Is that considerate to you.
There's a lot more to the story......I'll keep that to myself....
Does that sound ok and considerate of other hunters to you.
It's bad enough that deer numbers are low,I do agree.
It's even worse when you fill there belly so full ,that they are most likely to fat to get up and move.
It's not a joke.

Not sure if that explains something.

So you’re doing all of this to screw another guy over because you don’t like what they’re doing on public land. Got it.

I sincerely hope that everyone reads all of this thread and nobody responds.
If they don't ,then no sweat off my back.

Hay why don't you go sit there for the season and tell me how you feel when it's over.

Too good to be true comes to mind here. Knew there had to be a reason.
Don't get me wrong, there are deer there.
Trust me.

Nah. I’m good.

Your using member to on this forum, to spite a guy you have a beef with.  If you don’t see the problem with this…..you will never get it!!   Really, this is the most unbelievable post of the year.   I hope all members see you for who you are on this.  I have about the same respect for this thread as I do for Lorna smith.  Makes me want to vomit.

Just clarifying what rule I'm breaking.

Just for the record I've only sent three pm out of ALOT of responses.
No more PM will go out till I have time to think on it.
Big deal I helped three people.
No bait pile location was given.
Just a general area location.
Just for the record.

That was only cause no archery hunters replied.(bait pile location).

All of a sudden it’s ok because you only sent out three pms.

I don’t care about the rules…..I care about right vs wrong.  You lack morals and values…..in my humble opinion.

My opinion is next ill just call the game warden out when I find bait piles that will fit in the back of a pickup.

Well I guess since it doesn't matter to you.
I'll just send out the other 15 PM in my box right now.
Thanks for the encouragement. Way to be proactive.
I better do it ,before you get me banned. :chuckle: :chuckle:

That would be better than what you’re doing now.  Maybe even pm the folks you’ve already pm’Ed locations and have them read this thread so they can see what your real motives were when giving out locations.

At the end of the day,it's still a spot I've hunted.
Motive or not. It's huntable public land.
If deer season was still open for me,I'd hunt it tomorrow.
Nothing wrong with that .
If they read the topic great,if they don't they got a decent spot.
I don't see anything wrong with that.

It's like that saying...
You can lead a horse to water....blah....blah...blah...

I'm not making them drink the water. I just lead them to the gate.

Haha. Pretty sure we all figured you out a while back. Super lame move to use the forum for that purpose.  Just keeps getting worse.

You were trying to send other members in to an area to screw up someone's hunt because you were mad they were hunting your spot? Damn man.
