Looking for a value.
« on: November 30, 2023, 01:16:56 PM »
I have two pistols I inherited an am looking for a value. #1 is a Browning 1911-22. Dad had an advertisement in his paperwork with the gun something about a commemorative. #2 is a Colt. Not a woodsman but something else, cadet maybe? Not 100% sure what to call it. Both in like new condition and not interested currently in selling. Just looking for an approximate value. Thanks.

pictures for identification and condition would help tremendously.

If they are your dads.....I would keep them.  You will regret selling your dads guns....ask me how I know.

Best resource I have had is sold listings on Gunbroker.  The Blue Book of gun values can get you close but if you can find something that has sold on Gunbroker you will get a much better idea of what the actual market is...
