 Way faster. You can get the IR capture for about $20 more then the regular capture.

I should add that picture quality is not as important to me as capturing an image.  I want to know if a deer or elk walked by; I don't need to know to the exact inch how large it is.

All the Cuddleback IR models that I can see online are around $250: $50 more, not $20 more.

just got the two pack of wildlive extreme 2.0 from cabelas for 130 and they are exactly what i paid for.  very slow trigger speed... you get what you pay for but they might get stolen anyways...
