Question for Westport Folks

Is the marina/pier accessible in the winter months?? Is it open to public all year? I read an old post on another forum that access is closed in the winter. Thanks!

Open all year. Have taken a tumble sliding around on a frozen Fisherman's Walk if you plan on using that.
