onX Hunt or Huntstand or?

Just wondering what everyone prefers.
onX Hunt or Huntstand or?
I currently use onX for Washington but am heading to Idaho next year. Do I pay $100 for onX elite now or $30 for Huntstand for Idaho? I believe Huntstand for $30 covers all states.

I haven't used Huntstand before, but did run Basemap and OnX side by side this year. I am sticking with OnX after a trip to Montana. The block management info loaded into BaseMap was from 2022. Could still look links up directly, but the convenience of having a current, direct link was one big difference. Also have found instances where there were ownership discrepancies, and it turned out OnX was more up to date, which is critical.
I don't think you can go wrong with OnX.

Basemaps .. far to many map failures with onx. Switched 4 years ago and never had a single issue

OnX elite can be had for less than 100 dollars if you keep your eyes open. I’ve tried using base maps and didn’t care for it as well as gohunts mapping app.
Spartan Forge is another one that might be worth looking into if you want to try something new.

I've bounced all around but have really liked OnX lately. I think I probably have 4-5 different ones on my phone now, but always end up using OnX the most by far. They seem to have the best mapping, best land ownership, public access and best hunting related app with features that are seriously helpful. In my mind, they are the current gold standard. Once competition entered a couple years ago they seem to really have upped their game.
As mentioned, they go on sale or have codes all the time, don't pay full price.

I had Basemap last year and it worked fine, but they where very slow to update land ownership.
I had problems with it not wanting to focus properly when zooming in while my friend with onX
had no problems.
I'm going to go with onX this year, they seem to set the standard.

Could never get basemap resolution offline to be even as good as Onx medium.

Might look into GaiaGPS as well. That is what I run and have no complaints.
