2024 quality elk not available

I'm not seeing quality elk as an option for 2024?  OTC is available, and all the other special draws are there, but no quality elk.

Just spoke with my friend at the department, it was a glitch that has now been brought to their attention and will be fixed.

yup,  I called WDFW.  The gal said she could see it on her end and could add it for me, it's just an issue with the website.

Technically their government appointed positions right? They only need to meet the east/west requirement.

Not accurate at all. According to the RCW, the commission must meet a balance between specific user groups.

77.04.040 "...the governor shall seek to maintain a balance reflecting all aspects of fish and wildlife, including representation recommended by organized groups representing sportfishers, commercial fishers, hunters, private landowners, and environmentalists."
