Is the green dot in a big metal can? Great powder, my powder of choice for handicap trap loads.

Appears to be a Cardboard can.

Looks like this? I remember my Dad using powder in cans like these in the 80s...Hope your powder is still good, as Green Dot is around $300 a keg now.

Here is what I have and would like to use up. Only showing 1 container each.

Oh...those are not as old as I thought.  I am thinking early 1980's.  4lbs of green dot should yield about 1400 12ga loads at 20gr per shell

4759 has a following among the cast bullet crowd, particularly for reduced loads.  I think there are better choices for your stated interests of 12 Ga, 7mm 08 REM, 410, and 45 Colt.

I have a couple of pounds and use it for fire forming and other purposes.

You could probably trade it for something in the 4350 range for the 7mm-08 and something faster burning for the shortguns and .45.
