Idk what transferring means?  Private sales, taking your your gun to the blind, or both?
Don't read my post if facts hurt your feeling.

Not sure what it means either and don't care! The new year is gonna be great! Lots of awesome hunts left till February then seven months of making new creations for the upcoming season. Got new paint schemes on the dekes. Better shot shells to buy. Boats to tear apart and rebuild better. More places to scout. Yes, Froeliche Weinachen alles and Happy New Year

I believe this applies to transferring ownership, not transporting a personal firearm you already own (e.g. bringing your gun to a duck blind).

Will be interesting to see if it it holds up in the courts.
