It was rough. Only saw 5 sheds picked up. None by me :bash:
The biggest being a small 5 point. Somebody had already been in there on a quad :bash:

Thats a bummer. People take time off of work, look forward to it all year to see boot tracks and quad tracks everywhere they go. I used to do Oak Creek every year, but the last time I did, I was one of the first people at the top of the ridge glassing down into cougar canyon and saw 4 guys with pack frames full headed up the other side just after daylight. I still put 6 miles on the boots that day and got skunked. I haven't been back since. It's too bad, that the ones who follow the rules, get the shaft. Not trying to start anything, that was just my personal experience. Others may have more positive ones like we used to have yrs ago for the May 1st openers. My  :twocents:

Found 3 sheds while turkey hunting some public land in April. Kid was stoked to find a three point and a small spike within 50ft of each other. My buddy had found the other spike earlier that week. Fun times.

A couple great finds right there! It sure makes a good day in the woods 10x better when you pick up sheds like that!
