Honest question. Is it actually legal to sell the meat and carcasses of trapped beaver? I understand you can sell the pelts and stuff but what does the Lacey act say about the sale of beaver meat? I know selling beaver is illegal but maybe beaver meat is ok?
It’s legal as it’s not a game animal or game fish

Beaver is not a game animal. As far as the WAC you posted, beaver is not "edible."
Beaver and other furbearing animals are considered game animals. The key to the selling of the meat or parts of furbearing animals is that they are not considered edible. Same applies to all game animals. Non-edible portions may be sold except for some exceptions like bear gall bladders. Best to read the full chapter but when it comes to furbearers all parts are saleable. As for selling beaver for human consumption. I do not think, you can do that. What a person does with it is their own business, but I would not advertise it for sale for human consumption.
