Chip, chip, chip, chip, chip. Sneak stuff in with other bills.
Death by a thousand cuts.
They will not give up.

Said it already, get on the Washington state legislature website and look for bills at introduction level. Too many people not being pro active at watching bills and or relying on other people to let them know what’s happening. You can respond to these bills with a click of a button, it’s too easy to say you don’t have time. Sometimes you’ll never know about a bill until you go buy a dozen eggs at the grocery store and wonder why the prices have doubled or tripled. That one got by everyone in the state.
$5 is a lot of money if you ain't got it

I don't think it got by 'everyone". The Bill was introduced on the 22nd, scheduled for a hearing on the 23rd and had the hearing on the 25th. They tried to sneak it by, but we knew about it and had a pretty good slate to testify against in the hearing. The early warnings on this Bill came from multiple people. I commend everyone for being so alert.

I was talking about the new egg law that just went into effect this year. That got by everyone in 2019.
