WTB 10x10 Kodiak Tent

Posting for a friend.  On the hunt for a Kodiak Tent. Minimum size he is interested in is 10x10.  Let me know if you or anyone you know is in the market to sell.

Sportsman guide has a 10x12 wall tent they sell been super  great as another option too I have had mine almost ten years and had zero issues and easy to set up alone

If he has to buy new this is a great place to do it. Best price I’ve found and usually a free accessory like a ground tarp or something.

We have really enjoyed the 12x9 cabin with a double decker cot. perfect for 2-3 hunter elk camp. With the additional awning and awning enclosure, its really a total elk camp. I prefer it to the wall tent style so you don't have guy wires everywhere to trip over.
