New rifle

I am looking to start a new build.  I have a pretty good stash of H-1000, 168 grain Bergers, and large rifle, and magnum primers.  Currently have a 7mm rem mag but the barrel is about done. I might do something in any of the listed calibers as long as the components I have will be of use.  Bullets seem to be the more difficult thing to get my hands on.  This year's deer I harvested at 535 yards but probably can't see shooting much further than 700.  What say the masses?

No real reason, probably makes the most sense haha.  Just thinking of something different.  I want to start ordering pieces soon, so I need to decide.

I try to only buy different calibers than I already have. Sure it makes buying ammo more complicated/expensive but it is just fun having different things. just my

We have a couple 300wsm rifles and ours love 180 grain accubonds pushed by h4350 (hunter would work great too).  This combo has killed 3 moose, multiple bear and deer.  Furthest kill shot was 500 on the nose.   But it would kill at 800. 

Last year I loaded one of the rifles with 168 grain tipped hammer hunter.  H4350 is pushing that pill at 3100 fps and is stupid accurate.  That rifle took two bear and a deer this year.  Great terminal performance and enough horsepower to kill to 800 yards.

If I was going 300 I would want something to shoot the heavy 215-230 grain bullets with. Just go long action 300PRC

I run 180 grain accubonds in most of the 300’s. My choice would be the 300wsm of the ones you listed.

I did some snooping around and didn't see much out there for the 215s which is problably would I like to shoot in the 300prc.

Since I have a 7mm Rem MAG would I really gain any performance from the 7prc?  Which would be a better ballistic wise between the 7prc and 300wsm?

If we're talking factory rifles and factory ammo the PRC has a slight advantage because of bullet options that have superior BC's.  Inside of 500 yards though they are pretty much identical. 

If you are doing custom rifle and reloading your own ammo then you can do anything with the Rem Mag as a PRC.
