Sliding Home from work to the Smoker

No better time to crank up the old smoker for a nice "Cold Smoke".  :chuckle: Then slide back home from work to some good food.

The best Cold Smoked Salmon and Cheese can be made using the A-MAZE-N Pellet Smoker that stays lit all day long, Yum!

You got, I AWK!  I put my A-Maze-N smoker in a mailbox and pumped it right into the smoker.  I can smoke cheese in the middle of summer at 100F.  Just made hickory ribs so good, you can go to your grave eaten 'em.  Was just thinking about firing it up tomorrow, and trying a pork loin roast.  Winter is the best time for smoking.  It smells so good.  I just love it!

Looks so good    So jealous! I don’t have a single ounce of fish to eat let alone smoke. Hoping this season it’s better than last year. The tugs the drug
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

If you want to make God laugh tell him your plans.
