Traps In Chewelah
« on: February 23, 2024, 09:39:23 AM »
Traps at an estate sale today. I think they were reasonably priced but I’m not sure.

Yeah, I’m not familiar with trap prices but I didn’t think $20 for large traps were high and then the medium and smaller were $10 and $5 :dunno: .

Yeah, I guess that isn’t a steal for those traps. I didn’t realize how inexpensive they are brand new. Might be able to make a deal with them for a bundle price. They weren’t exactly flying off the shelf like everything else was.

Its really hard to judge worth right now in anything.  Heck a dozen eggs might cost you 10 bucks.   How do you compare that to a steel trap?   People are posting used clothes on here for more than what they probably were new.   Its tough.  I probably would have blown a bunch of money eventhough I have a couple 50 gallon drums worth of traps.

They would probably get those prices if they lived in a State you could use them.

I as there today and yeah the prices for the traps are higher than an estate sale price. The 110 conibears are cheaper at North 40. They should be 1/2 price tomorrow. I might go to see what is left. Looks like most of the jump traps were made in Korea.  I got a few tools and a little fishing stuff. The wife got some ebay inventory.

Any larger traps? #4s or bigger? Any contact info?

What time were you there? We got there at 8:20 and it was a zoo! There wasn’t any smokin’ deals there that’s for sure.

I was there about 7:45 and they were already letting people in. If I go back tomorrow I can check sizes on any traps left over. I do have the number of the company doing the estate sale if you want the number.....

Why conibears? What would you trap with then?
If I need a permit and education to buy a firearm than women should need a permit and education  before getting an abortion.

Pretty high for used but not extensively modded Dukes. For a few bucks more a guy could get cast MB 550/650
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.
