3pts and not successful for me.
3pts is mandatory draw. It's impossible not to draw out at 3. I'd be calling fish and game to get my tag.

That’s what I was think! Never heard of such a thing
because it's not. 1 can not draw before 2, and 2 cannot draw before 3. And everyone with 3 automatically draw.

But zeros before 1 - crazy chit! Yes 3 is auto
the zeros are a different pool and different draw though.

My understanding was, and after some searches online:
“75% of licenses go to hunters with the highest number of preference points. The remaining 25% are randomly selected”

the 25% pool is for zero point applicants at random. If you go into the draw with 1 or more points you are not eligible for tags in the 25% pool.

Successful two years in a row for combo. Let's go! The zero point game is winning.

I guess I’m just not sure why it says both successful and unsuccessful.

They just lay it out weird. Everything under successful is what you drew. Everything under unsuccessful is just that.  Anything under pending are application that havnt been drawn yet.

it's because there can be multiple licenses drawn for ie limited entry permits, combo licenses, and antlerless B tags.  So there is a section for unsuccessful draws as well as successful draws.
