The few small FFLs left in this state will just close up shop and relocate. I know of 3 that are in the pre planning phase...This has nothing to do with reducing violence... just controlling legal means to obtain firearms...In the last 4-5 year's of gun "control" legislation violent gun crimes have skyrocketed...and over 90 percent of those are committed by people that aren't allowed to own or possess firearms in the first place..This State is dumb....
Is it just me or do you guys feel more like outlaws every time stupid laws get passed??
The link to the bill is now a 404.I watched a few min of the video, but never got a clear list of what this is.Is there a brief summary of what will happen with this one?
Yes it did pass, goes into complete effect July 1st 2025.
I can think of a few cities that have codes preventing things like bars on windows, grates, steel doors on the front facing the street. This state requirement would conflict with those. Dems must want the business areas to further look like crime ridden slums.
Kinda goes against the "shall not be infringed" part of the Bill of Rights...Just a little
