I do see big bulls, most of these giants are in Huckleberry,49 and selkirk we bowunt these areas alot for elk over the last 20 yrs. I quit bowhunting mica about 4 yrs ago, i know this mountain since we hunted it since I was a little guy, I know where to go, and have seen some dandy bulls up there, just saying if there isnt one there I cant kill it, I am going to kill the biggest bull that mountain has to offer this year

I believe ya, it just surprises me if you see 200 inch bulls often in these units, you must have really had a hankerin to hunt hangman if its only got 170 bulls on it.

Draw odds are way better on hangman, I want a moose tag, no brainer to
Put in for a unit with the best odds, I know the unit better than the others, yeah I have seen giants in other units, but at the same time I haven't spent any time on mica in the last 5 yrs, I know the moose pop as been booming up there, excellent nutrition up there and rich soil.

You could just buy some sheds off ebay and screw them on a skull that's how I'd do it if I wanted a 200" bull.

I remember those statements and some bashing of another tag holder.

I wish you luck, but you have big boasts to fill.

you couldnt tag a big bull? give me a break.I see 2 or 3 50" bulls every time I am in there.

Sounds like a lame hunter to me

If I draw a tag here I will shoot a state record and hopefully a world record

Quote
My buddy has a set that scored around 200". If it was down to the last 2 days I would shoot that bull
Quote
I cant even begin to grasp the concept of hunting 30 days and couldnt shoot a big bull, all I have to say is WOW and what a disappointment for the hunter.
i can do this all night...but it might be easier to just post a link...naahh..

shane...it takes a lot to post all that crap and then come hear asking for people's input and advice. good luck to you.

Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield
