Shane(WA)
I am going to try to attach a photo of a friend's moose he killed last year on Mica Peak.  He came over from the west side - I showed him around a little bit and he got this one on the second day (if I remember right).
It was very foggy up there that day.

I go to church with Ken and he told me That he did see bigger bulls just could not close the deal.
anyway good luck Shane
If its brown knock it down

Funny phool  :chuckle:Can't see pic, must be my phone not opening it. I am not even scouting this mountain, every single tag holder hunts the starr rd access. The same moose get hunted year in and year out, if I want the giant it's not coming from that mt.

With a bow, that had better be a, "Don't think twice."

I'm betting 180-Grain tags a higher scoring bull :twocents:

He just might, oh well, not a pissing contest or is it?  :chuckle: what some on here are trying to make it into, I could careless. I guess  I could bust out the rifle and take a 500 yard shot accross a canyon,  just not what I am looking for in this hunt, I want close up and personal and a experience to remember. If it takes me 45 days to to get one with my bow great, I would rather have all the close encounters and memories. It would be great to tag one the first week, but at the same time I would feel like I didnt use the tag to my fullest addvantage.I would rather end my hunt as you did phool using all the time I had to fill my tag than taking something early in the year that was under my goal.  :twocents: lol

This is better than a soap opera!!  Seven pages with 3 1/2 months to go! Seems like both camps are drawing lines in the sand.
