I suppose that using a Thompson Center trap is out of the question? You did mention "kill" them yotes.r
what side of the I-5 are you in stanwood? How close are the houses? I was born and raised over there, my brothers still reside there. We arent trappers, but depending on where you are, we might be able to help thin them out (bow, shotgun, etc).
Hell, I hit a house cat at over 300 a couple of weeks ago. I must be getting rusty?
Some guys are just afraid of a little *censored*. Not that there is anything wrong with that.
We are a few miles from lake goodwin, 140th and marine dr...been having a ton of yotes come onto the farm and they do not care about being close to people...been as close as 10 yards, just stand there and look at you and keep doing whatever they want...
Hey Dan-If you are looking for someone to kill instead of trap them, I also live in Stanwood, up off 300th St near Lk. Ketchum. Lwt me know, becasue I am also taking care of a neighbors coyote problem with them killing his goats. PM me if you need help.

Muzzle blast is likely to loosen shingles! But I like the roof-sniping angle of it. 'Maybe' the 17 HMR is a better choice. Presuming a pitched roof, take a sleeping bag with you to make it easier to wait them out, laying on the side opposite their likely approach, most-hidden from view.Ivar
