i would go a step further and allow reports to site mgrs of no shows on purchases to black list as appropriate.

Use the "Report to moderator" function in the lower right hand corner.

If you received a pm from the seller there is also a report to admin tab in the bottom right corner of the pm. You can click on that and then let us know what went wrong with the transaction.

Buyer/seller feedback is a valuable function. 
It's super easy to leave feedback.
