This just shows that points are worthless. They put all the points in a barrel and when they draw the numbers and you ended up only having one chance in the bin.

not really. Ask some of these guys what hunts they have applied for and you will realize why they havent drawn and some like myself have drawn 3 quality tags. Some of these quality bull tags you may go a lifetime not drawing the odds are so bad

2004 Cascade Rosie early archery from the Winston unit.   A decent 6x7.  I have let a good amount of bulls walk looking for a bigger one, though I upped the degree of difficulty.  I've been hunting pure bred Rosie's on the coast/ Olympic Peninsula since 06.  Over the counter only.       
May that for which I prepare never come to pass.
