I saw this deer on trail cam and was wondering if he was a piebald or not. Alternatively could it be hair slip or him shedding his winter coat?

I’m going to say no, just changing from winter to spring/summer coat.

Winter coat on the way out probably with some parasite help, saw a very similar moose Friday

As others have stated, getting rid of winter coat.
