Here's a 8.4 acre parcel off Mundy Loss Rd in Buckley.  Designated Forest Land, so taxes are really low.  Build your dream home and develop a portion of the property, keep at least 5 acres in Forest Land Designation to keep your taxes lower.  Seller lives out of state and inherited this parcel, so no feasibility studies have been completed.  Don't hesitate to contact me with questions.
