Over 65, Youth, Disabled Doe Tag
« on: April 18, 2024, 01:26:16 PM »
Saw in the regs several of the over 65, disabled and youth doe tags have been updated to read:

"Any buck, White-tailed antlerless"

This reads to me to be any buck (whitetail or mule deer) and also anterless whitetail.

That said, seems surprising they might allow less the 3pt or better mulie in these areas.

Anyone have insight? Or read it a different way?

That's the way I read it: either an "any buck", or an "antlerless whitetail" may be killed. I haven't looked but I would guess that the number of permits like this is limited, and the anticipated harvest numbers pretty low.
