Why do they even have a resident Senior column ?
There is No discount on anything listed.
Just rubbing it in that other states do it and they dont give us a break on anything.

I understand Regs are online, but putting out paper Regs 5 days before special permits are due is bad form.

It's total BS!
When I spoke to WDFW, they mentioned the delay is because of the cougar decisions
being made.
