I've got a bait site, that I have baited the past 7 years.  Always has several bears hitting it.  It's been out, coming up on three weeks, and not a single visitor so far this year.  Very strange.

Maybe the bears are on a Keto diet this year, and are avoiding the pails of frosting, etc.?  Perhaps deploy some grilled ribeye... (just don't shoot me when I come in from downwind...)

NE Washington Bears are starting to wake up in good numbers now.  I imagine Idaho bears will be plentiful in the coming weeks.  Can't wait to see some success photos of a big fat bruin.   :tup:
