HELP: Need Picatinny Rail for Thompson Center Firehawk

I need a picatinny rail, but can't find one.

I believe Barrel diameter is 7/8".   

Even if I can just find one to fit the barrel contour, I can probably machine the holes into it to fit my rifle.

HELP?
