Any good smoker recipes?

I'm going to smoke a bought turkey and some wild turkey breast soon, I'm going to find a recipe online to try and if it turns out good I'll post it. Maybe someone will provide a good recipe?

They are great in the pressure cooker. Brown them in a cast iron, then into the pressure cooker. Add spices & beef or chicken broth and shred the meat for tacos.

Pressure cooker is a great idea, wouldn't take near as long as boiling in a regular pot to get them tender! How long do you usually pressure cook?

I use an Instant Pot style pressure cooker. I set it to high pressure for an hour, it shreds off nicely. If I have time, I will shred it from the bones/tendons and then throw the meat back in for an additional 15-30 min. It makes the meat even more tender.

Also works great for goose or pheasant legs.

Currently have a turkey leg cooking in the crock pot for turkey pot pie tonight. Crock pot solves everything.
