Looking for pack recommendations for wife

As the title says I need recommendations for a good pack for my wife. I know all packs are different and the individual needs to be fitted for it I just don’t know where to start. I run a exo k3 and i absolutely love it. So you woman hunters out there what do you like?

I'd look at Mystery Ranch.  They make packs specifically for women and can be had at a very reasonable price when they are on sale or in the used market online.

First thing I would do would be to take her to get fitted correctly.  You can have it done at REI.

This doesn't exactly answer your question but it's a good point to make for lady hunters. My wife does well with here basic backpacking pack from sportsmans. It was whatever the second cheapest option was and is highly adjustable and works just fine as a daypack and stayed nice when we used a garbage bag as a liner for packing out her deer. The big upgrade for her was figuring out where to carry binos. I didn't think about how a chest rig fits different on women than on men (especially blessed women if you catch my drift). Attaching a belt loop bino holder to the waist strap of her pack removes that extra bulkiness from the already occupied chest area and makes moving through the woods and making those opportunistic shots on animals a lot easier. 

Second, I'll leave you with the advice I give everyone buying packs: Buy the pack you can afford, and if you already own one, use that. If you have to work more to buy a better pack, then you may be sacrificing time in the woods to afford better gear for the woods.

If you really want to spend the money, Initial Ascent is a choice.  This company makes a smaller "Invictus female frame" for women but use the same pack.  Personally, I wouldn't buy it for myself or my wife.  Too much money.
