I’d probably still be there if I had shot it. 8.5 miles one way and 2,300’ in elevation. 

seen a bear that size on the high hunt one year. My buddy said he wanted to shoot it. I told him I was here for deer and if he shot that bear he was on his own. Needless to say he didn’t shoot the bear. They get that big for a reason

Looks like you should go after some of those big bears.
