Great job! Lots of coyotes in that spot. You needed a couple more shooters.

Man that is where a decoy dog would really come in handy.  You could have smoked a few more with a good decoy dog.

Have you used decoy dogs at night? That would be fun!!

Nice video, and good shot on that second.
The jokers in Olympia with no in put from stakeholders, and zero science outlawed hunting coyotes with dogs years ago. A dog will make you coyotes, but I can see where it could get confusing at night.
Thanks for posting.

I confess that I have not, but a few guys that I know on the Facebook page Decoy Doggers have with thermals and it is wild!!  My pup is not up to that level yet.  Plus I do not have the thermals.  But, the yotes cannot help themselves!  After the first shot most guys change the sound to a yote pup in distress and the yotes see the dog(s) and just cannot help themselves.  They come back time and time again!  Shot after shot.  Sadly it is illegal in WA, which is crazy.

I’ve had calling dogs my whole career, until the last few years, my dogs now are for rabbits. I’ve hunted fall/winter time and spring/summer with dogs. Different response from coyotes at different seasons but dogs are most times an advantage.
But, that being said, looks like you don’t need any help TPC.

Great second shot!
If you shoot the first one you will never get that true trophy.

Great video!  That is pretty amazing, never seen that many come in on a string before!

I called in 5 at once 40 years ago but never more than 3 in the past 10 years.

Thermal hunting is soooo much fun!
