13th year in a row of getting skunked in every category...  you'd think I'd have drawn cow elk or something by now!  Maybe they should make every category an OIL

Found out today that the two guys that have the early quality tags for rifle elk ina local unit are good friends and friends of mine and put in separate.  What are the odds!?

After the drawing snafu dust settled, I found out that I moved up from my 4th choice to my 1st choice for a muzzy doe tag.
