We just got back from an AK brown bear hunt and are going back for moose in Sept.   Will do a cow hunt on the OR coast, antelope (should get the tag) in WY.  Taking the dogs to E Montana and N dakota for a combo hunt- upland by day coon hunting at night, and im trying to put together a lynx hunt in BC using my own dogs.

'24 should be a good one!!

with my points this year in Wa, I sure hope I can plan an epic elk archery trip here.  IF not, I'm sure my wife will draw and I can continue to live through her!   Other than that, it's not hunting but we do leave in 2 days for Italy for 2.5 weeks.
I’m in the same boat.. the points not Italy  :chuckle:
How many points do you have on your application?
29 🙏🙏🙏
Well good luck, I’m in with 26

I drew a late migration hunt here in Montana for elk, with some weather this could be something special.

I will head over to Idaho with a general deer tag, who knows I maybe able to turn up something special.

I will be chasing some speed goats with a bow.

And the best hunt of everything is my son will have his first deer tag this fall, i look forward to this hunt above everything else 8)

I've been carrying over a week of vacation for about 15 years, time to use it.  Week in DC, 15 days in Europe, week in September for MT elk and back for a week in November with the kids.  I was going to put in for antelope in MT and WY, but no space on the calendar.

I blanked on the draws I put in for and didn't get an ID deer tag with the F'd up system....

As a consolation prize I am going to Valdez, AK for a trophy halibut trip.  100 miles out on a 70' boat for 6 guys for three days.  Should be epic!  We are renting a boat to do some closer to shore fishing for two days when we come back to dock.

Taking the wife on her first mule deer hunt in Eastern Washington.

Drew a 2nd choice tag for 3rd season deer in Colorado, it would be my first time hunting down there.

Still waiting with toes crossed on Idaho, Wyoming, Arizona, and Washington.

Also might try to take my first elk with a crossbow here in Western Washington.

Good luck to everyone else in the last few draws!

Blanked out in WA and Oregon tags draws. We will hunt late whitetail with our group for a week probably up in the Huckleberry unit.
Also we booked a hunt for Moose, bear, and deer, in British Columbia. The wife and 2 good buddies are all there in October 10 days. Also pulled fishing
License and upland bird. Should be some shooting regardless!
