There are some toads down in the Blues! You will have a great time.
Nice! I drew Whitcomb archery buck. Have hunted it for does before, so I’m pretty excited.
I drew a archery doe and a buck tag for whitcomb this year, we will probably run into eachother at some point lolQuote from: Bigfoot28 on June 12, 2024, 06:17:12 PMNice! I drew Whitcomb archery buck. Have hunted it for does before, so I’m pretty excited.
I drew QT deer, not saying where. I’ll post that post success, or failure when the times comes. I put in for a sure QTD because this is the last deer tag I’ll ever buy in this state. I’m not going to bad talk the state because I have lived here most of my life, except short periods in 8th grade, and when I first joined the USN, I truly love this state, but the politics make it pretty hard.😢With that said I’m going to give it my all.👍Good luck everyone this year.

I know in the mid 2010s you posted some nice bucks you had on trail cameras. They were always cool threads to follow

Late season unit 224 - Pearrygin for me
Quote from: arrowflinger on June 13, 2024, 04:39:20 AMLate season unit 224 - Pearrygin for meone of our picks, best of luck! Hope everything comes together for you!
Come on Boss .300 winmag spill the beans, what unit did you draw. You might get some help from hunters on here.
I drew Quality Alta rifle. I know it's not the same as it was, as has been said repeatedly on here over the last decade, but it's still a late mule deer tag in beautiful country with a handful of other hunters. The genetics are still there too.. Was my 2nd choice behind Chiwawa, but I will take it. I also drew an antlerless deer tag in my home unit, 621, but I will probably be turning this one back in for points restoration unless fire season ends up brutally bad in the Alta. Nice to have choices I suppose. Congrats everyone! So excited for all the kids getting drawn. What an awesome experience to get them further hooked on hunting!

I also drew a blue mountain west buck tag! Good luck to you and i hope we can share some big buck stories. I had doe tag last year and saw some great bucks. You got access to private land at all?

I had doe tag last year and saw some great bucks. You got access to private land at all?I have no access and no intel at this time besides what I can find from old threads on this site. But I plan to take the last week of the season off and hit it hard. Should be a really fun hunt. Novembers my favorite time to hunt.
4 of us put in a group hunt for Quality Deer - Quilomene!!!! BOOM!

But I plan to take the last week of the season off and hit it hard. Should be a really fun hunt. Novembers my favorite time to hunt.it’s a big area with several units. There is plenty of ground to hunt that holds big whiteys. Blue tongue a couple years back has took a toll but you should be able to find a decent buck. Lots of ffth and stated ground. You never know what will be lurking around that time of year. Good luck!
Hope the blues are better for you tag holders this year than it was for us last year.A lot less feel free to hunt land than 4 or 5 years ago. Getting permission on hunt by permission land was impossible for us. Saw a few deer but nothing like when I had the tag the first time. No doubt there are some nice bucks around. But best do your homework and make contact with landowners as soon as possible. Don't be afraid to hunt high!Wishing you all incredible luck. I was really disappointed in the overall herd health last year. Would love to see it bounce back somewhat this year and see you guys pull some stud bucks out of there. I absolutely love that area!
