Blackhorn 209?

Do any of you that uses blackhorn 209 use musket caps?

No, musket caps are no bueno for Blackhorn from what I can gather. Magnum rifle primers is what I use

You need more flame.  Get real 209's not the muzzy branded ones. I got horrible ES with the muzzy ones but everything tightened WAY up when I got ahold of some 209 mags

the ones you can find :chuckle: But seriously,  it doesn't matter. Cci, federal, winchester, etc. They all go boom.

Did a little research on this subject for another member. As Karl B stated any 209, they are hotter than muzzy branded ones.
