Westside Pheasant release schedule
« on: August 18, 2024, 10:07:32 AM »
I haven't participated in this for a while.  Anyone know where I can find the release schedule?

Thanks,

That is what I remember. Youth weekend starts it off, then senior hunt, followed by the general season.

Thanks, I don't know why I couldn't remember that.

Depending on your age you may need to choose an even or odd day for weekend start time at 8am vs 10am.  Believe seniors & youth are exempt and can hunt every day at the early time.

Bodhi & Cider, along with one of the new pups will be participating again this season.  Can be great early-season dog work.

Is it just me or is WDFW being extra stingy with the pheasant release this season?

I haven't noticed that where I hunt.   I have noticed that there have been a lot fewer people out this year than I remember though.
