Where can I find...

I am looking for a replacement barrel for an HK USP pistol in 45 cal, threaded barrel, in USA spec threads not the factory German left hand threads.  If you know of a place that has one in stock I'd sure appreciate it.  This is turning into a Unicorn hunt for me.
