What optic is it? At first glance it looks legal

Sorry. I am paranoid about buying the 1x stuff because I haven’t played in that world. It’s the Leupold Freedom 1x34 MOA Dot. The 1x34 kept throwing me off. After further digging it’s legal.

Yea good to go. 1 is the power and the 34 is your objective size in mm.
