Anyone seen a recent WDFW biologist report on deer louse for the Eastside?  This lil' bugger really sucks! >:(

Yes, it is.  There have been reports out about it being a different sub-species and the deer are not fighting it off as easily as our "native" lice.

this has been a problem effecting the yakima area deer herds for about 3 years now, they got it from domesticated fallow deer i believe
